About Kiewit Luminarium
Kiewit Luminarium is an interactive learning destination in Omaha, Nebraska, where visitors can explore the phenomena that shape the world, communities, and people. Designed for curious visitors of all ages, it brings science and creativity to life through hands-on experiences, exhibitions, and public programs. Featured offerings include Sean Kenney’s Brick Masters Studio, an immersive exhibition exploring the connection between creativity and science, and the BioDiscovery Lab, which hosts activities such as experiments with natural pigments.
Family-friendly themed events, including Yuck!, invite visitors to investigate scientific ideas through playful, memorable experiences. The Luminarium also offers field trips, camps, talks, and adults-only Night Light evenings, alongside a Maker Space, café, and store. Visitors can plan their experience using the online calendar, purchase tickets, or explore membership options, including gift memberships and gift cards.
