Kifubara is a dedicated platform for Go enthusiasts, providing an ideal environment to study the ancient game while incorporating modern technology. Founded by a passionate software engineer, Kifubara started as a simple board scanner app that allows users to photograph real Go boards and convert them into SGF files with ease. This innovative tool has evolved significantly, offering a professional game database that features regularly updated analyses of pro games, complete with win rates, mistakes, and playable variations powered by AI.

In addition to accessing pro-game databases, users can challenge AI bots calibrated for competitive play, upload their games, and even synchronize their records from popular game servers. Kifubara emphasizes a user-friendly experience, aiming to keep the interface calm and uncluttered, ensuring that players can focus on improving their skills. Built and refined with community feedback, Kifubara also collaborates with teachers and content creators, making it a unique resource for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Go.
