Kigali Hope Organization (KHO) is a youth civil society organization dedicated to reducing HIV infections and improving the lives of young people living with HIV in Rwanda. As the only network of its kind in the country, KHO has made significant strides in the fight against HIV and the promotion of human rights for young people living with the virus.

Through their strategic plan, KHO focuses on goals such as reducing new HIV infections among youths, mitigating the impact of AIDS, promoting human rights, and providing advocacy and social welfare support. The organization's approach is centered around empowerment, participation, and inclusion, allowing communities to identify and implement their own solutions.

KHO has trained and economically empowered underprivileged youth affected by HIV, providing them with the skills they need to transform their lives and communities. They have already reached over 1,500 members between the ages of 15-24, with an estimated 20,000 direct and indirect beneficiaries.

However, KHO faces challenges such as limited support to reach more young people in health centers and consistent funding for administrative expenses. Despite these challenges, Kigali Hope Organization remains committed to their vision of a nation where youth infected and affected by HIV play a leading role in the HIV response, contributing to an HIV-free generation.
