Kiinteistömittaus

Suomen Kiinteistömittaus Oy is a Finnish family company providing remote water-consumption monitoring for properties. Its optical reading service uses a camera and computer vision to read a building’s main water meter, whether analog or digital, every two to three minutes, around the clock. The retrofit device is fitted over the meter and sends readings for analysis, helping property owners, managers and maintenance companies track usage and identify unusual consumption.

The service includes leak monitoring based on hourly consumption profiles, detection of sudden leaks, identification of persistent baseline use, monthly consumption reports and up to 36 months of historical data. Customers can review readings through an online portal and check the latest meter image to verify monitoring. Urgent leak alerts are sent by phone or message to agreed contacts, while less urgent findings are emailed. Business customers can access their data through an API, with integrations supported for several property-management platforms. The company also provides device delivery, service configuration and, in the Helsinki region, installation as part of setup.
