Kikapay

Kika is a Tanzania-focused AI assistant that helps people shop, find services, and manage business tasks through WhatsApp, without requiring a separate app. Customers can describe an item in Swahili or English, send a photo or voice message, and ask Kika to search shops across Tanzania, including businesses without websites or apps. Kika contacts stores to check availability and verify prices, then shares shop details, phone numbers, and directions. Users can compare options and arrange collection or delivery where available; the service also offers a free re-order guarantee if a problem occurs.

Beyond shopping, Kika supports travel and event ticket searches, vehicle-part identification, traffic-fine and insurance checks, and preliminary skin guidance with nearby pharmacy suggestions. For businesses, it provides tools for invoices, receipts, inventory, debts, expenses, and profit reporting, with documents available as branded PDFs. Kika operates in Swahili and English and offers free starting tokens, with additional token packages available for purchase. Its stated aim is to make practical digital assistance accessible to consumers and businesses throughout Tanzania.
