Kika Stretch Studios

Kika Stretch Studios is a wellness brand specializing in gentle, one-on-one assisted stretching designed to help people move and feel better. Its Kika Method uses a client’s center of gravity and the guidance of a trained stretch therapist to gradually release tight muscles and address areas of discomfort. Sessions are conducted on a mat and personalized to each client’s needs, making the service suitable for people with varied fitness levels and goals.

The studio’s 60-minute assisted stretching sessions aim to relieve muscle pain, tension, and fatigue while supporting flexibility, athletic ability, relaxation, and energy. Kika positions its approach as a passive, accessible alternative for people who want to improve how their bodies function without having to perform demanding exercises themselves. Clients can explore the method through studios in Lithia Springs and Tucker, Georgia; Montclair, New Jersey; Sarasota, Florida; and Washington, D.C. The brand also provides a stretch library, educational articles and information about its method, and opportunities to learn about licensing.
