Kimbro Lactation is an infant-feeding support practice led by Nikki Brown, a lactation consultant and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Serving families across Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, Nikki offers compassionate, judgment-free guidance tailored to each family’s feeding goals. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, 15 years in veterinary medicine, and specialized lactation education and clinical training. Drawing on both professional experience and her own breastfeeding journey, she helps parents build skills, navigate challenges, and make informed choices.

Services include in-person consultations at the office or in clients’ homes, with a full assessment of feeding or pumping and follow-up text support. Virtual consultations are available for concerns that do not require hands-on assistance. Prenatal consultations help expecting or experienced parents prepare for feeding and discuss potential challenges. Back-to-work consultations cover pumping, milk storage, bottle feeding, and maintaining milk supply. Kimbro Lactation also offers gift certificates and invites families to check whether insurance may cover visits.
