Kim Polinsky is a Philadelphia-based, full-service interior design studio serving residential and commercial clients locally and wherever they are. Led by Kim Polinsky, the studio brings more than 20 years of experience working with notable designers and architects, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Philadelphia University. Its work spans residential and mixed-use design, with each project shaped around the client’s needs, vision, and scope.
The studio’s approach begins with thoughtful planning, scale, and function, then develops through considered choices of materials, texture, color, and pattern. The goal is to create personal, intentional environments with distinctive details. Services include styling, consulting, planning and programming, documentation, and specification. Project scope and design services are tailored to each client, since every project follows its own path from concept to completion. Once scope is established, design is billed at a flat or fixed fee; project management and product procurement are available as additional services billed hourly.
