KinCarer is a care-coordination app from Rex Connexa Ltd, designed for families supporting an older parent. It gives relatives, family members and invited paid carers a shared place to organise care, helping distribute responsibilities instead of leaving one person to track everything. The person receiving care does not need to use the app.
Care circles can manage tasks, appointments, check-ins, handover notes and care files, while a group chat lets members communicate and turn messages into tasks. Clara, KinCarer’s assistant, answers questions using information recorded in the circle, such as who checked in, what happened and which tasks still need attention. Families control who joins and what information is shared.
KinCarer is intended for adult children, siblings sharing care and relatives coordinating from a distance, as well as paid carers working alongside the family. New care circles receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, one Family+ subscription covers the circle at a yearly price, with no member limit; invited participants join free.
