KinCon biolabs is a biotech startup based in Innsbruck, Austria. We are dedicated to advancing drug development by developing a constantly expanding platform of unique kinase activity biosensors. Our mission is to identify the most efficient, mutation-specific drug candidates to accelerate drug development.

We focus on reactivating compartmentalized and mutated enzyme pathways to create first-in-class treatments for neurodegenerative disorders. Our technology allows us to profile kinase conformations, track drug-induced changes, and measure kinase activity in living cells. With over 500 kinases, our biosensor platform enables us to integrate patient mutations for precision medicine, determining mutation-specific drug efficacies and specificities.

Our systematic analysis approach allows for dose- and time-dependent drug profiling in a high-content format.
