Kindcentrum O3 is a community-focused centre in The Hague where children are at the heart of a shared environment for people of all ages. Its approach encourages children to explore the world, discover their talents and learn through engaging challenges. O3 brings together education, childcare and neighbourhood activities in one contemporary setting.

For children, services include daycare for ages 0 to 2, toddler learning and childcare for ages 2 to 4, and primary school and out-of-school care for ages 4 to 13. Families can find information about enrolment, tours, parent involvement and practical matters such as finances, leave and reporting absences.

O3 also serves local residents through its neighbourhood centre, described as a welcoming living room for the community. Its activities include wellbeing and participation programmes, a community restaurant, opportunities to meet, sports and movement, and the Playground of the Future and Haagse Hopje. The centre also offers ways to get involved through volunteering, work placements and employment opportunities.
