Kinderarzterfurt

Dr. Maria-Alexandra Stenzel’s pediatric and adolescent medicine practice in Erfurt provides medical care for children and young people. Led by pediatrician Dr. Stenzel, the practice supports patients’ health and development through preventive examinations, vaccination services, diagnostic testing, and consultations. Its U-examinations and youth checkups help monitor development, identify potential health or developmental concerns early, and give families time to discuss questions with the doctor.

The practice offers vaccinations based on recommendations from Germany’s Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO), individual vaccination schedules, and travel vaccination services, as well as vaccination advice. Additional services include examinations for daycare admission and sports fitness, assessments required under youth employment protection rules, pulse oximetry, rapid streptococcal testing, and blood, urine, and microbiological laboratory tests. Ultrasound services cover infant hips, the skull through the fontanelle, abdominal organs, kidneys and urinary tract, and the thyroid.

Located on Bahnhofstraße in Erfurt, the practice provides both acute and appointment-based consultation hours and accepts appointment requests online. Its team includes Dr. Stenzel and medical assistant Manuela Skadell.
