Kinderarztpraxis Uri

Kinderarztpraxis Uri is a pediatric medical practice in Altdorf, in the canton of Uri, Switzerland. The practice cares for children from birth through adolescence and supports parents with questions, concerns and decisions about their children’s health. Its services cover a broad range of pediatric needs, including growth and development, nutrition, vaccinations, illnesses, allergies, accidents, travel health and gynecology. The practice is led by Dr. med. Eliane Aeschbacher from October 2026. Experienced pediatricians Dr. med. Sylvia Schärer and Dr. med. Doris Auf der Maur remain part of the team, alongside Dr. Ramona Keiser, a specialist in pediatrics and adolescent medicine. As a teaching practice, Kinderarztpraxis Uri also welcomes physicians in training and trains medical practice assistants. Appointments are arranged by telephone, and the practice is open on weekdays, with selected Saturday sessions. At present, it welcomes infants from birth but is unable to accept children already under another doctor’s care or newly relocating families.
