Kinderbeweegcoach Deventer

Kinder Beweeg Coach Deventer is a children’s movement and wellbeing practice led by Annemieke Klavers-ten Dam, based in Deventer, Netherlands. Drawing on her experience working with children and more than ten years of teaching the Rots & Water method, Annemieke offers movement-based activities that help children develop body awareness, emotional awareness and self-awareness while enjoying time together.

Programs are designed for different age groups. Contakids sessions for children aged 2 to 5 use play, interaction and movement to music to help parents and young children build their own way of communicating. Children aged 9 to 12 can explore yoga through playful practice, with enjoyment taking priority over performance. Rots & Water training for ages 8 to 12 focuses on communication, social skills and wellbeing, and aims to help prevent or reduce challenges such as bullying, conflict and exclusion. Yoga for girls aged 12 to 15 supports finding a balance between personal needs and consideration for others. The practice also offers workshops and activities for childcare centres and after-school care.
