Kindercoach Veerkracht

Kindercoachpraktijk Veerkracht is a coaching practice led by Kim, supporting children who are finding emotions, challenges or expectations difficult to manage. Its approach helps children understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviour connect, and develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence and resilience. Sessions are practical and experience-based, encouraging children to recognise emotions as useful signals, adjust unhelpful thoughts and find constructive ways to respond to stress or setbacks. Each child’s progress is recorded on a personal poster, with the child choosing which discoveries to share with their parents.

Services include individual child coaching, resilience and mindset training, and training for young athletes who want more focus, calm and enjoyment in sport. The practice also offers family coaching in connecting communication, school-based coaching and guest lessons for primary schools. Kim’s Labrador, Ruby, can join coaching sessions to help children feel at ease and engage in the moment. Veerkracht’s aim is to help children build inner strength, communicate what they feel and need, and become more self-reliant.
