De Kindercoach in Waterland provides accessible, personal coaching for children aged 2 to 13 and their parents. Based in Monnickendam, the practice supports families when a child is feeling unhappy, often angry or sad, or having difficulty at school or with friends. Parents can also seek a listening ear and a chance to discuss the challenges of raising a child.
Coaching begins by listening to the family’s concerns and understanding where difficulties arise. Support is tailored to each child’s individual needs, with an emphasis on recognizing strengths and using them to address challenges. The approach is intended to be approachable and practical; in some cases, a few appointments may be enough to help a family move forward.
The practice aims to help children feel more at ease and help parents understand how they can support them. Alongside coaching services, the website features a webshop offering Kletskaarten. Families can contact De Kindercoach in Waterland to ask questions or arrange an appointment.
