Its approach puts children’s wellbeing and individual development first, using age-appropriate opportunities to move, learn, explore and enjoy time together. Classes include Fit sessions, which encourage balance, coordination and active play, as well as kickboxing for children and teens in a safe, age-appropriate setting. Fit Baby introduces younger children, alongside a parent or other companion, to early movement experiences. The programme also includes mindfulness classes, announced for summer 2026, to help children explore emotions, find calm and express creativity.

Beyond classes, kinderfit offers an indoor playground with space to play, climb and be active, a children’s daycare service, and birthday parties with themed decorations and optional extras. The centre also hosts special events, including children’s overnight stays. Families can book one or two free trial lessons and seek guidance in choosing a suitable class. kinderfit aims to provide a welcoming place for movement, play, discovery and shared experiences.
