Kinderliebe-Meybauerde

Kinderliebe is a mobile children’s yoga and movement studio founded by Nadine Meybauer and offering classes at various locations and in partner settings. Its activities are designed to support children’s development, confidence, body awareness, and wellbeing through playful movement, mindfulness, and relaxation, without judgment. Classes combine child-friendly yoga with Wobbelturnen, a balance-board movement concept featuring games, balance and coordination exercises, and calming guided dream journeys.

Activities are adapted to children’s ages and the venue, with options for young children, preschoolers, school-age children, and families. Kinderliebe also offers mindfulness training, holiday programmes, family retreats, and sessions for events, companies, sports studios, kindergartens, and schools. The studio can bring activities to a customer’s home and help create active, imaginative children’s birthday celebrations.

Nadine Meybauer has completed training in yoga, children’s yoga, Wobbelturnen, children’s mindfulness, and child and youth coaching. Kinderliebe’s approach balances movement with quiet time, aiming to make classes enjoyable while helping children develop coordination, concentration, confidence, and relaxation skills
