Kinderliedjes

Kinderliedjes.info is a Dutch online resource for families, educators and anyone who enjoys singing with children. It brings together more than 4,000 traditional and contemporary children’s songs, with lyrics, background information and, often, video clips. Visitors can find songs by title or browse alphabetically and by topic, including animals, seasons, celebrations, learning, travel and bedtime. The collection also features songs for occasions such as Sinterklaas, Christmas, Easter and Halloween, alongside music connected with well-known performers, labels, television programmes and musicals.

The site adds new songs and publishes articles and reports about children’s music and singing, including ideas for singing with babies and young children. It also reviews children’s music CDs and invites visitors to suggest missing songs or share their own creations. For families who want to sing along away from the website, Kinderliedjes.info offers an app featuring songs by Mevrouw M and Gewoon Rob, with lyrics that follow the music and no advertising. The brand also presents children’s books that combine singing and reading.
