KinderphysioNina

KinderphysioNina is the educational platform of Nina Holtkamp, a physiotherapist who shares practical knowledge about children’s feet, footwear, and healthy foot development. Through online courses and seminars, she helps parents and other interested learners understand how children’s feet develop, what to consider when choosing shoes, and how to measure children’s feet. Courses include opportunities to ask questions, and Nina presents information in an accessible, balanced way, including discussion of barefoot shoes without promoting a particular brand.

The website also offers resources for further learning, including the book Gut zu Fuß, a free eBook about measuring feet, downloadable materials, and a children’s feet poster. Visitors can find shoe recommendations, including guidance on wellies, as well as an overview of barefoot shoe shops. Course dates and educational articles are shared on the site, with updates also available through Nina’s Instagram account.

KinderphysioNina combines professional expertise with clear explanations to help families make informed decisions about children’s feet and footwear
