Slaapcoach.Natasja is a child sleep coaching service founded by Natasja Dijkhuizen, a qualified children’s sleep coach and childcare professional based in the Netherlands. Drawing on her experience as a pedagogical worker, her training, and her own journey as a mother, Natasja supports families dealing with unsettled sleep, frequent night waking, short naps, and difficulties settling a baby.

Her guidance aims to help parents find greater calm and a workable routine through a loving, responsive approach that does not involve leaving a child to cry. Support is tailored to each family, with attention to physical comfort, sleep patterns, development, feeding, attachment, and parents’ needs. The service includes guidance based on the Droomritme Methode®, which considers sleep holistically, and information about Geboorte in Kaart, a tool intended to help explore underlying triggers behind behaviour.

Parents can arrange a free introductory conversation by email or, within 10 kilometres, a home visit. Natasja accompanies families throughout the process, helping them explore possible causes and identify practical, achievable changes suited to their child.
