Kinderyoga Sita

Kinderyoga Sita is a children’s yoga provider based in Munich, offering classes designed to help children and teenagers find balance in everyday life. Led by Sita, a mother of two with yoga experience and training completed at Yogakinder, the business combines movement, breathing, relaxation and playful activities. Sessions introduce yoga’s principles in an engaging, age-appropriate way, with enjoyment, trust, empathy and mutual respect at their heart.

The classes aim to support children’s physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga activities can encourage strength, flexibility, body awareness, confidence and concentration, while offering a way to manage stress and release tension. Kinderyoga Sita also works with kindergartens and schools, bringing sessions into children’s group settings, and has partnered with a golf tournament to provide a yoga event for children. The website invites families to get in touch with questions or book a course, and provides information about locations, dates and prices. Through a warm, structured approach, Kinderyoga Sita seeks to make yoga accessible and enjoyable while helping children build habits that support long-term wellbeing.
