Kinderzentrum Altenstadt

Kinderzentrum Altenstadt (KiZ) is a multidisciplinary therapy and support center for children, young people and families. Bringing educational, therapeutic and medical services together under one roof, it offers more than 80 applications across seven specialist areas, with a focus on wellbeing, development and family support. Its services include counselling, child and youth welfare, parenting advice and video coaching, osteopathy, naturopathic care for children and women, coaching and mediation, and approaches to relaxation and mindfulness.

These include progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, guided meditation and yoga nidra. The center also provides space for conversations, consultations, treatments and group activities, with eight therapy rooms and shared facilities. Professionals working with children and young people can rent an individual therapy room and use communal infrastructure, including reception, waiting areas, a kitchen and technical equipment.

A seminar and group room is available for hourly rental, making KiZ a resource for both families seeking support and practitioners looking for a collaborative working environment
