The Kindness Collective Foundation is a New Zealand charity dedicated to spreading kindness throughout the country. Founded in 2013, it started as a small group of friends and family looking for ways to give back to their community. Now, it has grown to a network of over 40,000 people, including active volunteers, donors, businesses, contributors, and social media followers.

The foundation aims to provide support and resources for those in need, with a focus on basic necessities such as food, clothing, shelter, and safety. They also strive to create moments of joy for Kiwi kids and their families. Additionally, the Kindness Collective works closely with over 145 community partners in 50 regions, cities, and towns across New Zealand, including the police, iwi organizations, social services, schools, and charities.

Driven by the belief that kindness has the power to create positive change, the foundation's vision is to make Aotearoa the kindest place on the planet, where no child goes without. They are committed to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi (Treaty of Waitangi) as the founding document of Aotearoa and respecting the indigenous Maori people as the kaitiaki (guardians) of the land. By sharing acts of kindness, the Kindness Collective not only benefits those directly involved but also inspires others to be kind themselves, creating a ripple effect of goodness throughout society.
