Kinduro Support

Kinduro Support Services is a Queensland disability support provider serving Townsville, the Northern Beaches and Ingham. The organisation combines experience in disability support and aged care with a personalised, practical approach designed to help people build confidence and independence. Its services include in-home support, assistance with everyday personal activities, community access and participation, and capacity building to develop essential life skills.

A distinctive part of Kinduro’s offering is on-farm respite at its Droughtmaster cattle farm, located 43 kilometres north of Townsville. Participants can take part in activities such as feeding cattle and tending to the land, or enjoy the property’s natural surroundings, including a creek. Kinduro presents these experiences as opportunities to practise skills, connect with others and experience achievement in a welcoming environment.

The team also works with local organisations to connect participants with community services, education and employment opportunities. Kinduro aims to tailor support to each person’s needs and goals, helping them live confidently and engage more fully with everyday life.
