KineSense

KineSense is a Swiss movement and self-care practice founded by Susanna Flury, a qualified movement specialist, Pilates and fascia trainer, and birth-care professional. With nearly 20 years of experience supporting women, she offers training designed to build strength, mobility and balance while helping participants feel more at ease in everyday life. Services include weekly Pilates classes, pelvic floor training, and support for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Sessions address posture, core stability, movement restrictions and tension, with attention to balancing activation and relaxation.

KineSense also provides cyclical guidance and training for women who want to understand changes in energy and adapt exercise and daily plans to their natural rhythms. Participants learn to recognise when to train and when to prioritise recovery, rather than relying on rigid routines. A cyclical self-training option offers guidance for independent practice at home. Additional offerings include introductory conversations, trial sessions, a constitution-type quiz and a training newsletter with information and practical inspiration.
