Kinfold is an Australian-built AI intake coordinator for providers in the NDIS, aged care and allied health sectors. Its assistant, Nell, handles incoming referrals by phone, email, web form, text and voicemail, including after hours. It responds in the provider’s name, reads attachments, checks plan details and funding, and identifies missing information so teams can assess fit before accepting a referral.

Kinfold can prepare service agreements from a provider’s own template, create plain-language and Easy Read materials, and follow up to obtain signatures and record consent. It also helps participants complete provider-registration steps, matches clients with available workers based on factors such as skills, location and language, and manages waitlist updates. Once a referral is ready, Nell can arrange intake calls, meet-and-greets and first shifts, with bookings subject to team approval where required.

Kinfold offers Solo and Team pricing, an interactive referral demo and early-access places for Queensland providers. The company says care data is stored in Australia, is not used to train AI and is not shared with other providers
