Kingdom Acts Foundation (KAF) is a Canadian social-purpose not-for-profit organisation based in Surrey, British Columbia, with programs operating across Canada. It works to address interconnected challenges affecting Black, Indigenous and other people of colour (BIPOC), newcomers, refugees and other marginalized communities, including barriers to resettlement, employment, food security, housing and mental health support. Through community-based services and partnerships with governments, foundations, businesses, universities and social agencies, KAF aims to build capacity and help people thrive.
Its programs include a food bank focused on equitable access and healthy food redistribution, counselling and crisis support, immigrant and refugee resettlement services, and youth leadership, mentoring and skills training. KAF also provides womenβs empowerment initiatives, senior support, early learning, housing assistance, social research and social justice advocacy. Capacity-building activities help community members develop resilience, skills and resources, while pre-employment training supports participation in the workforce. KAF invites community members to access its services, volunteer and contribute through donations.
