Kingdom Mysteries International

Kingdom Mysteries International (KMI), also identified as Kenya Mission Initiative, is a faith-based humanitarian organization serving underserved communities in the United States and East Africa. Guided by Christian values and a commitment to serving others, KMI works to support people’s spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and financial well-being through community-focused programs and sustainable development initiatives.

Its services include free medical missions offering surgeries, health screenings, counseling, and medicines. KMI also supports education and leadership development through training and workshops, and helps women, men, and young people build skills, access mentorship, and strengthen their livelihoods. Humanitarian programs include housing, water and sanitation, orphanage care, food and shelter for patients, and disaster relief. Donations help fund medical care, hospital expenses, supplies, equipment, and community programs; supporters can also contribute through volunteering and partnerships.

KMI reports serving communities in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and the United States. Its approach combines spiritual growth, professional service, and collaboration with communities to promote health, opportunity, dignity, and lasting change.
