The facility offers a wide range of storage units from 1 to 20 m², allowing customers to rent only the space they need, whether for personal belongings, household goods, business inventory, documents, furniture, or e-commerce stock. Designed to international self-storage standards, the facility is clean, well-lit, humidity-controlled, and protected by 24/7 security monitoring and CCTV surveillance, providing customers with a safe and reliable storage environment.

KingKho directly owns and operates its facility, ensuring consistent quality, security, and customer experience. The company follows international best practices in self-storage operations while adapting its services to the needs of Vietnam's growing urban population and business community.
