Kirkkolan osakaskunta

Kirkkolan Osakaskunta is a Finnish water-area shareholders’ association that manages fishing rights and other activities across its waters, including Rautavesi and Suontee. It provides permits and practical guidance for recreational fishing, while setting rules intended to support responsible use of local fisheries. Its offerings include annual fishing-unit and gear-mark permits, trolling permits, crayfishing units, and permits for waterfowl hunting in specified areas. The association publishes restrictions on fishing seasons, net mesh sizes, fishing depths, catch limits, and protected areas, and coordinates fisheries monitoring through appointed wardens and regional fisheries organizations.
