Kirksville Kung Fu offers Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) martial arts training in Kirksville, Missouri. Rooted in a traditional Chinese lineage associated with Yip Man, Moy Yat, and Moy Tung, the school presents kung fu as both a practical skill and a way to develop focus, discipline, and personal growth. Its teaching emphasizes self-defense through efficiency, relaxation, and control of the centerline, with techniques designed to work without relying on physical strength.
