About KISP
KOMITE INDEPENDEN SADAR PEMILU (KISP) is a brand that is dedicated to promoting democracy and raising awareness about elections in Indonesia. With a focus on engaging young people, disabled individuals, women, and rural communities, KISP offers various programs and services to educate and advocate for electoral and democratic issues. They actively monitor elections, including the 2019 general elections and the 2020 regional elections.
KISP also provides political education programs, targeting vulnerable groups and aiming to empower them with knowledge and skills related to politics. Additionally, KISP conducts research and publications, documenting their programs in journals, policy briefs, books, and social media content. Established in April 2018, KISP is a youth-driven organization based in Yogyakarta.
