Kis Residence is a brand that offers an exceptional Mediterranean experience on the Adriatic Coast. With breathtaking island views and a secluded location, it is truly one-of-a-kind. Kis Residence was born out of the dream of Damir and Veselka, both native to Croatia but settled in Australia.
They desired to return to their homeland and create a legacy for future generations. Their journey began in 2002 when they discovered an empty and neglected farm land in the village of Kneze. With passion and determination, they transformed the land into a stunning waterfront residence.
Over the next 13 years, the family gradually developed the property from bushland to single family dwellings, apartments, and finally, the exquisite Residence that stands today.
