Kisumu Shinners is a Non-Profit Community Based Organization (CBO) located in Western Kenya. Led by GBMSM and Male Sex Workers (MSM), Shinners was formed in 2009 and officially registered in 2012. The organization was established in response to the various human rights violations faced by GBMSM/MSW individuals, including denial of healthcare services, sexual assault, arbitrary arrests, and escalating murder cases.

As the voice of the Key Population in Western Kenya, Shinners aims to provide Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services, legal and human rights advocacy, social support-networking, and research. Through their initiatives, they strive to alleviate stigma, discrimination, poverty, and improve healthcare services for GBMSM/MSW individuals in the region. Shinners focuses on several core values, including integrity, respect, and innovation.

They offer a range of services, including sexual reproductive health education, advocacy for GBMSM/MSW rights, and economic empowerment. Additionally, they provide SRH services and referrals to healthcare facilities, conduct training programs, facilitate networking among LGBTQIA+ organizations, and organize outreach and sensitization programs to address the community's needs. By conducting research and collaborating with various stakeholders, Shinners aims to promote respect for GBMSM and Male Sex Workers' diversity and defend the human rights of all individuals.
