v Kitepower El Gouna

Kitepower is a kitesurfing and watersports school based in El Gouna, Egypt, operating at the spot since 2004. Since 2023, the school has been personally run by Lukáš and Andrea, who have taught in Czech in Egypt since 2011. The brand offers lessons for beginners, returning riders, children and advanced participants, as well as wingfoil courses, coaching and other watersports activities. Beginner programs progress at each student’s pace and include equipment and IKO certification; lessons are taught in small groups, with no more than two students per instructor.

Kitepower also provides kite, wing and foil rentals, equipment storage, a test center, shop and online booking. Its services extend beyond instruction to include a beach club with the SALT restaurant, kite bar, smoothie bar, wellness options, children’s facilities and coworking. Visitors can check live wind conditions, a 16-day forecast and a beach webcam to plan their sessions. The school highlights El Gouna’s shallow lagoon, typically offering more than 300 windy days a year, and shares practical guidance through its travel information and online articles.
