Kitesurf

Kitesurf. nu is an IKO kite school and watersports club based at the Botenclub in Bergen aan Zee, Netherlands. It offers kitesurf instruction for beginners through advanced riders, with the goal of helping students become confident and independent on the water.

Lessons include private one-to-one sessions, duo lessons for two students, individual coaching for intermediate and experienced kiters, and kitefoil instruction for advanced riders. Equipment is included in many lesson packages, while coaching can be booked with or without the student’s own gear. The school also provides video tutorials covering essential skills such as kite setup, safety releases, body dragging, relaunching, water starts, riding upwind, and turning.

Beyond instruction, Kitesurf. nu sells complete kitesurf sets and equipment, including kites, bars, boards, bindings, and accessories. Its club facilities include a rescue boat, warm showers, and refreshments, with a barbecue and a welcoming atmosphere for watersports enthusiasts.

Lessons are scheduled after booking and payment, and are subject to suitable wind conditions; weather-related cancellations are rescheduled
