Kittwell is an online women’s wellness and fertility education brand focused on supporting women who are preparing for pregnancy. Founded by a natural fertility mentor and certified functional medicine consultant, it offers guidance informed by holistic and integrative approaches, alongside experience as an Aviva exercise instructor. Its programs help participants better understand factors that may influence fertility, including nutrition, stress, hormones and other aspects of health and lifestyle.

The Babahívó Academy brings together online courses, workshops, live question-and-answer sessions, a private community and personal support. Kittwell also provides individualized fertility mentoring, including a review of each client’s circumstances and a tailored plan. Its 14-week Pre-Trimester Program is designed to help women build a foundation for conception and a healthy pregnancy. Other offerings include a free online masterclass and fertility-related educational resources. Across its services, Kittwell emphasizes practical learning, personal guidance and a supportive community, so women can feel better informed and less alone as they navigate the path toward starting a family.
