Kitty Crawford is a creative producer, web designer and developer, and educator who supports game development teams in Canada, the UK and Europe. Her core service is production: helping teams shape projects, organise people and priorities, and deliver games on time, within budget and to a high standard. Her experience spans indie and international teams, with work on titles including The Plucky Squire, Amber Isle, Math Makers, Chinatown Detective Agency and Game of Thrones: Tale of Crows.

Across these projects, she has managed schedules, budgets, backlogs, sprints, communications, quality assurance, localisation coordination and relationships with publishers and platform holders. Crawford also offers consulting on team management, business structures and contracts, alongside workshops and talks informed by her teaching experience at colleges and universities.
