KIWI

KIWI provides digital access-control systems designed for the property and housing sectors. Its solutions help property owners and managers control entry to buildings and shared spaces without relying on traditional keys, while reducing the effort involved in managing access. The KIWI Portal is a cloud-based service for managing doors, users and permissions, and the KIWI App lets authorized users unlock doors with a smartphone. People can also use KIWI transponders, offering a convenient alternative to the app.

The product range includes retrofit hardware such as digital knobs and handles, temporary-access cylinders for construction sites and vacant properties, and devices for intercom systems, gates and key storage. KIWI offers two product lines: KIWI Blue, which uses Bluetooth and can be self-installed, and KIWI Classic, which operates with KIWI gateway infrastructure. An API supports integration with other systems, while KIWI Buzz enables QR-code access for KIWI Blue without an app.
