KiwiRides

KiwiRides is a locally operated taxi and ride service serving Rangiora, Kaiapoi, Woodend, Pegasus, Oxford, Amberley and communities throughout North Canterbury. Owned and operated by Jerry, the business provides transport seven days a week, with scheduled availability from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and advance bookings for airport trips outside those hours.

Services include Christchurch Airport transfers, medical transport, corporate travel, event transportation, shopping and errands, and longer journeys across Canterbury, including trips to Hanmer Springs and Akaroa. Customers can book online or by phone, and use the website’s fare estimator to check prices before travelling. KiwiRides highlights transparent pricing, with fares based on a base charge and distance, and no meter or surge pricing.

The service emphasizes punctuality, local road knowledge and comfortable, clean vehicles. Its driver is fully licensed with a P-endorsement; the vehicle is described as insured, COF certified and GPS tracked. Business customers can access monthly billing and dedicated account management, while riders can log in to track bookings and loyalty points.
