KKL Hungary is part of an organisation with more than 120 years of experience in improving the environment and strengthening communities in Israel and Hungary. Founded in 1901, KKL’s work began with cultivating land, planting forests and creating more liveable surroundings. In Hungary, the organisation develops initiatives that bring people closer to nature and create opportunities for community participation. Its projects include educational programmes, outdoor exhibitions and community events, with a focus on creating lasting value and supporting initiatives that make a meaningful difference to local communities.

KKL Hungary invites individuals and partners to learn about its mission and contribute to its work. Support options include making a donation and taking part in its tree-planting initiative. The organisation states that 100% of donations go directly to projects. Through its environmental, educational and community-building activities, KKL Hungary aims to help shape a future in which people and nature can thrive together. Its website also shares information about the organisation’s history, current work, events and ways to get involved.
