About KK ŽELJO
KK Željo 1971 is a basketball club from Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina, bringing generations of players and supporters together for more than five decades. The club represents its city on the court and offers a range of ways for the community to get involved, from following the first team to joining its youth academy.
After winning the 2025/26 A2 League North title, Željo earned promotion back to the A1 League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The club’s website shares team information, fixtures, results, news, match reports and details of its history and home venue, Dvorana Luke.
The Željo Basketball Academy welcomes boys and girls aged six to twelve, with training three times a week at Dvorana Luke and Dvorana Avangard. The club provides basketballs and equipment, and the first training session is free. A development team also forms part of its basketball program.
Businesses can support the club through sponsorship packages, with opportunities including jersey logos and venue branding. These partnerships help promote basketball and develop young talent in Bihać.
