Klaziena combines practical guidance with personal coaching, helping clients explore what may be holding them back without asking them to become someone else.

Her services include HypnoBirthing courses for expectant parents, offered in group, private, one-day, workshop and online formats. Based on the original HypnoBirthing (The Mongan Method), her birth preparation also includes techniques and exercises inspired by Spinning Babies and Rebozo massage. Klaziena draws on her experience as a maternity care professional, HypnoBirthing teacher and coach.
