Klein-Stark-Mutig

Klein-Stark-Mutig, also presented as Kinderstarkmach Training & Coaching, helps children and young people build resilience, confidence and emotional wellbeing. Founded by David Kühnlein and Melisa Canatan, the practice supports children, families, schools and childcare settings through training, coaching and education. David is a qualified self-assertion and resilience trainer who works with the “Stark auch ohne Muckis” approach.

His sessions focus on preventing bullying, strengthening children’s inner security and responding to their needs through practical, age-appropriate exercises. Melisa is a children’s, youth and family coach who helps children understand and accept their emotions, while supporting families with empathy and creativity. Her work also includes a three-hour feelings programme for preschool children.

Services include training for nurseries and schools, individual coaching for children and families, family advice on bullying, team training and parent evenings. The aim is to create safer, more supportive environments and give children and families practical tools for handling feelings, conflict and everyday challenges
