About Klein Parys Vineyards
Klein Parys Vineyards is a historic wine estate and winery in Paarl, South Africa, established in 1692. Set on 56 hectares in the Cape Winelands, near the Berg River and Paarl Mountains, the estate traces its heritage to French Huguenot settlers. Kosie Möller and his family acquired Klein Parys in 2002, continuing its winemaking tradition. Möller, the estate’s director and winemaker, has received numerous accolades, including the Baron Philippe de Rothschild Trophy and international awards for wines such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The winery produces Estate Collection wines, including Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, alongside a Family Collection featuring Shiraz and limited-edition selections named Beatrix, Niclas and Jacob. Wines are available through the estate’s online shop and wine club. Visitors can enjoy tastings in the historic cellar and dine at Oppiestoep Restaurant, located within the winery. Klein Parys also hosts weddings, corporate events, conferences and product launches, offering vineyard, manor and winery settings.
