Sportschule ROCKS is a climbing school offering training, guided outdoor experiences and therapeutic climbing for children, teenagers and adults. Based in Düsseldorf and serving Mülheim an der Ruhr and the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the school supports participants from their first climbing steps to outdoor routes and mountaineering, with an emphasis on personal guidance, health and sustainable progress.

Its rockKIDS programme provides age-appropriate climbing groups for children and teenagers aged six and up, combining rope climbing and bouldering in small groups. Adults can train through rocks STUDIO, which offers individual coaching and focused sessions, including lead-climbing fall and safety practice. For people seeking support during challenging periods, rocks HEALTH provides one-to-one therapeutic climbing and mountaineering in a structured, low-pressure setting, indoors or outdoors.

FELS rocks organises guided, individually planned climbing and mountaineering tours in North Rhine-Westphalia and the Elbe Sandstone Mountains for beginners, families and small groups. Sportschule ROCKS also offers introductory sessions, personal consultations and trial training to help participants find a suitable programme.
