Kleurkracht kindercoach

Kleurkracht is a child coaching practice led by Henriëtte Berden, an experienced educator and mother who supports children and their parents through personal challenges. Its approach is warm, non-judgmental and focused on helping each child recognize the strengths and solutions they already have. Kleurkracht works with children who may be struggling with anger, fear, low confidence, sleep or eating difficulties, worry, sadness, or the effects of events such as separation, bullying or bereavement.

Coaching uses play, creative activities and conversation tailored to a child’s world and needs. The process begins with a telephone introduction and a home intake with parents, followed by child-focused sessions, a progress review and a final evaluation. Families agree on a concern and goal, explore the child’s talents and options, and reflect on progress.

Kleurkracht also uses POPtalk, a visual conversation method with figures and other materials. Support topics include high sensitivity and ADHD or ADD, with attention to both challenges and personal qualities
