Klikeraj is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Osijek, Croatia. Founded in April 2014, our team of psychologists and educators is dedicated to creating an enriched and supportive environment for the development of children's potentials. Our focus lies in inventing and designing didactic resources, organizing developmental programs for children, and providing education and partnerships with schools for gifted education.

Education is one of our main activities, where we offer lectures, trainings, seminars, and workshops for educators at various educational levels. These programs aim to enhance the competence of schools in gifted education, covering themes such as fostering creativity, identifying giftedness, emotional development of gifted students, and organizational approaches in gifted education.

We also offer a range of developmental programs for children, including "I Have an Idea!" which focuses on fostering creativity, and "Anchor" which aims to enhance emotional competencies and social skills.

Additionally, our team actively engages in research, counseling, and public advocacy for gifted and talented youth. In 2019, we established the Counseling and Support Center "Sidro" (Anchor) to provide psychological and social support, as well as advice and counseling for specific developmental and educational needs of gifted children and their families.
