Klintholm Gods is a longstanding brand that has been owned by the Scavenius family for nearly 225 years. Currently, it is run by Carl Gustav Scavenius, the seventh generation, and his wife Inger Marie. In 2015, they made the bold decision to move from central Copenhagen to Østmøn to manage and live on Klintholm Gods.

With a wide range of offerings, the estate spans over 1,406 hectares and is engaged in activities such as agriculture, forestry, hunting, house rentals, and tourism. One of their primary focuses is on green development, which led them to embark on an exciting rewilding project for their land. They have converted 300 hectares to organic farming and are dedicated to preserving it as natural and open areas for generations to come.

In order to maintain the delicate ecosystem, they have introduced Hereford cattle that play a vital role in caring for and sustaining the vulnerable nature. As a result, they produce high-quality and succulent beef. In addition to their agricultural activities, Klintholm also operates a farm shop that sells their meat as well as a selection of other products sourced locally from Møn and Denmark.

Their commitment to nature is made possible by collaborations with the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Denmark and Europe invest in rural areas and the Vordingborg Municipality. Together, they work on the maintenance of grasslands and natural areas, ensuring the protection and enhancement of the habitat and biodiversity. They also receive organic area subsidies, as their aim is to support a market-driven transition to organic farming that meets consumers' demand for organic agricultural products and promotes environmental improvement, nature conservation, and animal welfare.

Klintholm's tourism sector is also flourishing and forms an integral part of their business. In 2019, they opened Villa Huno, a boutique hotel with 8 apartments located just 2 kilometers from the estate and in close proximity to the iconic Møns Klint. Another option for nature enthusiasts is Camp Møns Klint, also situated in the same area.
